Francis is a true man of action, driven by a deep passion for nature, animals and outdoor work.
After starting out in forestry, where he traveled across Quebec as a technologist, Francis broadened his skills by working in Christmas tree cultivation and in the industrial recycling field. These varied experiences allowed him to master team management, machinery maintenance and market development.
On the farm, Francis is the master of the fields and buildings. He embodies resourcefulness and innovation, ensuring that every aspect of operations reflects his attention to detail and love for the land.
Melanie Boucher – The Organized Mind
Mélanie is a versatile entrepreneur, recognized for her vision, her strong organizational skills and her contagious enthusiasm. With a wealth of experience in management, accounting, marketing and business development, she has held key positions in various sectors before devoting herself fully to the farm.
Her commitment to sustainable agriculture and her passion for horses, nurtured since childhood, add a unique dimension to her role. On the farm, Mélanie excels in administration, management and coordination of activities, while building strong ties with the local community.

At Les Petits Torrieux , the farm is much more than a workplace: it is a way of life that we share with our children. The whole family actively participates in the various activities, whether in the fields, with the animals or at the shop.
Since 2010, we have built our farm with our own hands, step by step, transforming unused land into a welcoming and functional place. This approach reflects our commitment to environmentally friendly farming practices and our desire to connect people with nature.
